In 1994 my dad got transfered from Kashmir to Chamba in Himachal Pradesh(H.P).
Chamba is one of the 12th Dristrict of H.P.As i was just 8,i did not have any idea of how beautiful it was(it still is and will be forever)
We lived 3 kms away from the Town and my school was just 1 kms away.The place was new ,so it took time to make good friends.And after that everything was beautiful.Chamba is the place where i spent the Maximum part of my life that is 7 years(I keep moving places because of my father’s govt job)and by those 7 years of experience,i can say that Chamba has got the best weather in India.
After moving from chamba,it was really very difficult to tell people from where i Came,as chamba is a small town,most of the people have never heard of it,so at that those i have the same ansrer everytime they ask:Chamba! What chamba?//Ans:”Chamba,where Taal was Filmed”(Taal-The Bollywood Movie)and people recognise it very easily.
But it is not the truth because Chamba is very popular among People on Honeymoon,Tracking,Foregihners,Piligrims and people who love to see Snowfall. Truely,Nature has given its best to chamba!
